About

Silke Noa is an activist lawyer, researcher, and mathematician with a passion for self-sovereignty, cryptographic infrastructure, and privacy-preserving technologies. A legal and strategic advisor to blockchain projects since 2014, she served as the first Chief Legal Officer of Gnosis (2018–2022), where she led the legal structuring behind its “DAOfication”, the safe.global and Cow.fi spin-offs, and its merger with xDAI. In 2022, she co-founded AssangeDAO to raise 17,000 ETH (~$56M), which bankrolled Julian Assange’s freedom. Right now, she helps the debanked and deplatformed survive and resist.
